Introduction: Are you a family or individual looking to save time, eat nutritious meals and possibly save money from eating out due to your busy schedule? I provide prepackaged meals for my clients. Are you looking to cater a special event or host a dinner party? Utilizing your kitchen, I will work with you to design the perfect meal for the perfect event. Cooking classes are available for the girls night in. My duties and responsibilities include the following: * Working with client on a daily, weekly or monthly menu * Prepare meals which can be reheated at a later time * Must be aware and follow any cultural-, religious- or health-related restrictions in meals * Purchasing and stocking of all food required for service * Be open to special requests * Proper storing of foods * Creating exciting menus and tastings for perspective clients * Good understanding of nutritional needs * Awareness of any celebratory events that will need a special menu * Work within a hygienic and sanitary kitchen * Provide nutritious, safe and tasty food for clients * Create a client-approved budget for foodstuff * Be aware and follow local- and state-approved health department guidelines * Constant communication with clients for any changes of schedules or tastes * Keep up with food trends * Drop off and provide instructions for reheating of meals
