Introduction: Certified: Massage Therapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Life Coach, and Reiki Practitioner

Whether you come to me for help in overcoming fears, building better self esteem, to work on weight or eating habits, to stop smoking, or just to relax, my goal is always the same.... to help you feel, and be, your best.

I began my practice in 2005, as a Certified Massage Therapist, after receiving my advanced certification in Massage Therapy at Asante World School of Massage, in Pleasanton, CA.
Having used self hypnosis since my early teens, in 2007 I decided to get professional training in Hypnotherapy, and studied at the Hypnotherapy Training Institute in Corte Madera. In 2009, as Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, I added this to my practice.
In 2009, I opened an office in San Ramon, and also began seeing seniors at assisted living homes in Livermore and Pleasanton, and Kaiser and Oracle employees at the Kaiser Permanente Business Park in Pleasanton, through a company called Reach Fitness.
In 2014, I received certification as a Life Coach from IAP College, and I am happy to add this to my practice as it allows me to help my clients in yet another way. It also works well with hypnotherapy for those who want both.
In 2015, I studied Reiki (which by definition means Universal Life Force), and I am now a Certified Reiki Practitioner. I often have people asking if asking if Reiki is a religious practice, but it is not. It is an ancient Japanese practice that has been passed down for centuries, with the hope that everyone, regardless of their religious beliefs, could use it for better health and sense of well being.
At this time I still see clients at the office in San Ramon (1501 Bollinger Canyon Rd., Ste. D) by appointment. I also offer phone sessions for Coaching and Hypnotherapy, when appropriate (usually after an office visit), and when time permits I will schedule site work (home visits) for massage as well.
I am passionate about the work I do, and I hope that the compassion I have for each individual is felt from the moment they come through my door.

I love helping people overcome things that hold them back, whether it be pain and stress or something more, like an addiction or just needing to build their self confidence and self esteem.
