So much to say. I started with Cathie five years ago. She got me started in Pilates Reformer, PR. It was difficult in the beginning, but I stuck with it. Cathie motivated me to push myself and perfect my form and technique. Fast forward four years and had to move out of the area. I gained some weight with stress of moving and Cathie helped me again to get my nutrition back on track and healthy weight loss supplements. I was able to lose 9 lbs. I have stayed on my healthy choices and fitness lifestyle. I have stuck with PR and get kudos from trainers that I have great form. Cathie was always coaching on how to use the proper isolation of muscle groups. Cathie and I have become great friends and now we share more stories in how we stay fit and healthy. I look forward to many more years of her knowledge to continue this great journey.

Cathie is very thorough. I did not realize a lot of exercises I was doing were being done wrong and the weightloss class had a lot of information on losing weight normally without the "dieting". Just adjust the foods I eat. The cleanse was really the important part of the class and I noticed how my taste buds have changed . I don't feel like eating potato chips anymore !

Hi Gary! Thank you for the review. I'd like to make a note that you were not doing the movements wrong, I tweaked it a little so that every bit of movement and time became more energy efficient. Nutrition is vital to the wellness of our mind and bodies. When we eat properly, we feel more energized and vibrant. It's the best feeling to have.

Cathie is 100% health and fitness. She has a wealth of knowledge to offer. She is the main reason why I obtain to stay healthy and fit. I met Cathie about 9 years ago through Pilates, she has continued to be my Pilates instructor. I thank her for my core strength, without it I wouldn't be able to do other fitness challenges. She is the best in her field. You are guaranteed a great workout rather it be Pilates or personal training sessions. Satisfaction is Guaranteed!

Cathie is focused, extremely knowledge and persistent in helping one achieve their fitness goals, I personally came to Cathie as a 65yo who was suffering from sitting behind a desk for most of my working life. After 2 yrs. I have markedly improved muscle tone, endurance and a belief that "anything is possible " due to her encouragement. Cathie is funny friendly and enthustiac. I really have enjoyed working with her! I was a total pilates newbie and pretty out of shape but she was completely undaunted by the task. Kathie also has a very sensible approach to healthy eating and is available when you need her.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I think I was one of those fell into it naturally. I found a couple of dumbbells and started using it. What is strange is that my parents did not own them and they never used them in their life.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
