You will meet your pet loving professional in the comfort and security of your home, where your pet(s) will remain while you are away. House Calls customers are given their own retaining pet sitter with each service request. Pet sitter references from clients, who have used her services repeatedly, can be provided upon request. A contingency plan has already been prepared in the event of a pet sitter’s vacation, illness or emergency. If a pet emergency occurs, we'll notify both you and your veterinarian to receive further instructions. We are bonded, licensed, insured and members of Pet Sitters International and Soroptimist International of San Ramon Valley. House Calls is a tender loving professional pet sitting service.

Step 2:

Your personal sitter will call you to set up an appointment in your own home with you and your pet(s).

Step 3:

Gather your pet(s) history, habits, veterinarians information, your contact information in your absence, phone numbers and names of anyone who may enter your home while you are gone. We need two house keys that have been tested.

Step 4:

Meet with your personal pet sitter to determine the most appropriate routine for you and your pet(s). A service contract will be completed clearly stating your services, the dates and fees. We want to ensure your pet(s) comfort and your worry free travel.

Step 5:

Your service request begins. Daily instructions are followed. A note is left on the last day letting you know how things went. Regardless of the season, House Calls is there all days of the year! The typical House Calls consist of:

- We'll bring in the newspaper and mail on our way to care for your pet(s).
- Feeding and fresh water for the pet(s).
- Spending time playing with and/or exercising the pets.
- Scooping the yard and/or litter box.
- Bring in or taking out the garbage can.
- Loads of love and attentions for the pets before leaving.
- A security check around the house before locking up.

Step 6:

Service proceeds until you call to say you're home. You may call at any hour. Our voice mail system silently logs your message in the little hours of the morning and night. The average rate per visit to your home is $25.00.
