For the budget conscious small businesses, I train owners and their staffs how to run their social media in house, without having to hire a full time social media employee to manage for them. While there is a higher cost upfront to learning the material and training, in the long run the savings is huge since they pay a one time fee and retain the knowledge forever.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire someone with proven experience. Whether they can prove their effective with their own social media channels or for a clients. Many people claim to know how to be an effective manager but rarely do they have the proof to back their claims up.
