- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our fees for our various private training packages, our board-training programs, and our group classes in over 50 Orange County, CA locations are listed on our website! So, you can browse our site and get an idea of what will fit your budget before you call us. We offer affordable prices, and we don't try to talk you into paying for more private lessons than what you might need. Most people can accomplish most of their training needs in just three 1-hour lessons $230), as long as they follow up with daily homework workouts with their dog. Our group classes are extremely reasonable ($80 - $90 for a 7-week session) and if you live anywhere in or near Orange County, CA, we probably have a class near you!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Experience counts! Every one of our Obedience Trainers has been on our staff for at least 15 years... some more than 25 years! All of them have worked with a wide variety of breeds over the years, and all have a vast wealth of knowledge on all aspects of companion dog training! Be careful about choosing a trainer based only on whether they are "certified", since often someone can obtain a certification on-line these days without having much practical experience working with either dogs or clients! Ask for references that show that the trainer has been working with clients for a number of years.
