Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. I do lot's of homes little apartments and little commercial. not that I'm not good at commercial or apartments. but most of my customers are Doctors,Lawyers, and house wives. I enjoy doing homes because people live in them daily. and that way they see and feel the results of my work .unlike an apartment or commercial building people don't sit down to relax and watch a movie with their siblings at work. and don't really appreciate my work at the office they are too busy with work them selves.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ask if he is certified, how long has he been in business? how will he clean your items? what is the dry time? what chemicals will he use? are they high V.O.C? volatile organic compounds in other words fumes. what is his complaint track? remember you get what you pay for. the ones that charge by square foot are usually the ones to go with rather than the ones that price per room. they shall provide proof of certification. never go with the cheapest.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I have more tools than almost any competitor. I dedicate more time and don't rush clean anything. I dry your carpet faster than anyone using steam method carpet cleaning. A. One time a realtor called a carpet cleaner. he left a stain in the dead center of the living room's white carpet. she was going to have an open house the next day. A contractor gave her my number I worked for him before. she called me I did a heat transfer on the stain got it out she was so happy and became my customer for 9 years now.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. I don't price over the phone. I prefer to give you an estimate in person. The reason is that let's say I quote you $250 over the phone and the job is only $200 I would fell like I cheated you and if i charged you that. and vice versa I don't want to cheat myself but I tend to do so all the time in order to help my customers. specially now with this economy crisis. I charge by square foot and have a $ 135 minimum. so if you would only need your family room cleaned that would be $135
