Sophie Mae is wonderful! My schedule is so crazy with family and work that I don’t have the time or energy to focus on fashion and shopping. The result was an overwhelming closet full of ill fitting, out of date items and daily stress regarding what to wear. Sophie helped me figure out what had to go and what styles best fit my curvy body. She filled my closet with a beautiful, comfortable and versatile wardrobe while cleverly selecting a combination of items that can mix and match to triple my wardrobe possibilities. Now I’m so excited in the mornings to pick out what to wear and every outfit receives compliments. Sophie is a pleasure to work with and I always appreciate her flexibility around my schedule. I can’t recommend Sophie enough!

Working with Sophie was so much fun! I feel so confident in my new wardrobe and receive tons of compliments on all of my outfits. I even have friends and family members ask me if their outfit would be "Sophie approved" because they are so impressed with my new style.
I wanted to upgrade my work wardrobe to a more professional style while still keeping it comfortable and within my "comfort zone" for dressing. Sophie Mae made that all possible.
Sophie is fun, professional and works within your style and budget. It's great to have clothes that look great and are comfortable to wear. I cannot wait for my next shopping excursion with Sophie Mae!

Working with Sophie was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. She organized my closet and filled it with things that I actually look forward to wearing. She took all of the stress of of getting ready for special occasions and everyday life. I always feel good when I go to my closet now and the best part is, is that I spent a lot less time and money working with her to get the perfect pieces than I would have searching on my own. Thank you Sophie! You are the best!

Working with Sophie has been such a wonderful experience. She is genuine, knowledgeable and really fun. She has great taste and she was able to make organizing my closet and shopping so much fun! I will definitely be working with Sophie again.

Sophie Mae is wonderfully talented, thinking outside of the box with colors, patterns and accessories. She's current with fashion now and perhaps the most comforting thing is that she is not phased by ones personal body opinions. She looks at her clients and knows instantly all the little tricks to make you look great. I think we eliminated all but 10 pieces of my wardrobe on our initial meeting. I feel so happy because I understand now how to shop and what to look for. No more wasting money or shopping on impulse. She also works with any budget and has that clear common sense of an artist who knows her medium. Lastly she's full service and can talk with you about hair and makeup as well. I feel excited and beautiful and can't wait for our shopping trip!

Sophie worked with me on a closet assessment and re-organization and we went shopping once. The experience was great! I believe working with her will save me money and headaches when finding something to wear for work and events.
First, Sophie showed me how to put things that I already have together, so I don’t waste money buying new things when I could mix and match what I already own.
Second, she gave me advice to figure out which pieces are flattering and which pieces are not. Getting all the junk out of my closet helped me to see that I have a lot of things I like. I think it can often feel like there’s nothing to wear when you can’t see the good pieces through the stuff you don’t like to wear.
When we were shopping, Sophie got a sense of my style right away, and she didn’t impose a different style on me. She made recommendations about which pieces I would use more often—what was worth the money. Shopping with her saved me time, because she can quickly spot what’s good and what’s not in a big rack of clothes, and she knows which brands run small or big—which means fewer things to try on.
Finally, Sophie has a really nice and professional demeanor. Thanks, Sophie!

I hired Sophie Mae because I was having professional photo's taken and wanted to look my best. Prior to the shoot I was given fantastic advice about color, style etc that would best suit the environment... Sounds easy... Jump ahead to me realizing I had nothing suitable nor any "color" as I gravitate to black in everything. Another jump ahead to me "last minute shopping", a dressing room meltdown, and a tearful call to Sophie Mae. If you haven't already realized, shopping, for me, is like having a root canal... Never fun and often painful. Sophie Mae (probably sensing my imminent breakdown) took control of the situation, she asked me about my sizes in various styles of dress, told me to go home, relax and just show up in the morning. The next morning I had a complete wardrobe for 4-5 changes. They all fit perfectly, looked fabulous & were within my budget. The beauty of this is we had not met in person until the morning of the photo shoot... Which she styled as well. Her attention to detail, her customer service, her intuition about what works for the individual is spot on.

Sophie did an amazing job with giving me a great start on a new wardrobe! She really helped me understand what looks best on me and how to shop. She came over to my home and went through my entire closet. We then went shopping together and I ended up leaving with some great finds. She also was good at staying within my budget and finding deals. Loved working with Sophie and would definitely recommend her.

It was a pleasure working with Sophie! She is a talented stylist who made what could've been an intimidating experience into a fun, learning adventure. I appreciated that she ensured I always felt respected, even while she challenged me to think differently about my style. I loved the style ideas she shared, but just as importantly, I love all the compliments I get at work because of my new and improved style :) Thanks so much for what you do, Sophie!

I love Sophie Mae! Prior to working with Sophie, I was in a total style rutt. I am a busy mom, and I had completely lost all sense of style. Sophie helped me put together a wardrobe that not only gets me a ton of compliments, but is also comfortable and practical for running around after a toddler. Now I hate to shop without her! She is also really good at working within any budget you give her. Sophie is the best!

I was hesitant about hiring a wardrobe consultant but I am so glad that I did. Sophie is amazing! She is down-to-earth, efficient, warm and professional. I am thrilled with my new wardrobe that I would have never bought without Sophie's help. She knew exactly what would look good on me and made the shopping experience fun instead of a hassle.

Shopping with Sophie was such an amazing experience. Not only did she help me find some beautiful pieces for my wardrobe she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She has an eye for fashion and knew how to take my personal style and transform it into nothing short of fabulous with each piece. All the while staying within my budget! I would recommend her to anyone. Trust me, you owe it to yourself!

I had a great time working with Sophie Mae! She is professional, kind, and efficient.
She was brutal in getting rid of items that didn't work for me (which is exactly what I needed!) and explained why it didn't work and what I needed to look for instead. She figured out that I have always bought things that covered my upper arms but didn't always look at the rest of the fit. My approach to clothing has always been to have a lot of clothes (3 closets full) with pieces that I could "make it work". Her response to my "make it work" approach was that we can find something that DOES work. When we were done sorting my closet, I was left with about 40 items in my closet (down from approx 200!) which I must admit did freak me out a bit, until we went shopping.
Shopping with Sophie was amazing! She has a great eye for what would work on me and for fit. I had no idea what my true size was until I was shopping with her. Most items she had me try on fit perfectly. She knew what essential pieces I needed to complete my wardrobe so we walked into each store with a mission and often spent less than 15 minutes in each store including trying things on! I was amazed! Shopping has never been that easy for me. Also, even with all the great pieces we bought, Sophie kept it under my budget!
All in all, Sophie made what could have been an onerous task into a fun, pleasant, and informative day. I actually look forward to dressing in the morning as it is so much easier now! I'm going on a trip in a few months that I plan to have her help me shop and pack for!

Sophie Mae is a Creative Genius when it comes to organizing my closet! It was like having my own "What Not To Wear" consultant in my own home. She made me feel very comfortable and helped me face the truth about many of my out-of-date pieces while choosing what works best for my figure and budget. I highly recommend her to anyone! You won't be disappointed.
