- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system for every theme party menu as every theme and booked entertainer is different. Ask for our menu for your particular theme when contacting us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send out our menu, the client selects their package and add-ons. We send out our contract and they have 2 days to fill out and sign it electronically and pay their 50% deposit. Once we have these items their entertainment is officially booked!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From the owner: I am a professional event planner I have 18 years experience. I am a pro face painter and artist. I pay attention to detail, have an artists eye and have designed many costumes and wigs.
