Introduction: Unveiled is an on location make-up and hair group based out of Santa Barbara & Ventura. Unveiled is comprised of two sisters, Rebecca and Jenny, who are the makeup arists, and their hair stylists Drea and Katie. With over 35 years combined experience, each are gifted with a keen eye for beauty and a passion for color, and design. Unveiled's philosophy is to create a fun atmosphere that will calm wedding day stresses, while going above and beyond for brides and their bridal parties. They take pride in ensuring that the woman's beauty will shine, not her make-up. A bride's wedding style should reflect your inner beauty and personal style. The bottom line is that she will still look like her, that is, unless she doesn't want to. Unveiled serves both Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties, and is available for travel.

Rebecca Zavala is a true makeup artist who understands color, technique, and how to make her clients feel and look stunning! After having her do my makeup for an engagement photo shoot, I knew my wedding day look would be fabulous! I tend to wear very little makeup but I knew I wanted to play up my eyes, have the appearance of flawless skin, and look myself but amplified. She listened to my request and blew me away with how gorgeous I looked and felt on both occassions. She is personable, bubbly, a greater communicator and most of all she makes you feel extrememly calm on what can be a stressful day. If I could have her as my personal makeup artist, I absolutely would!!!!

Photos of the artists past work is key. In this digital world the artist should have a few photos to email you if they don't have a website already. If not, ask if they have a few references that you can call up. Personality is also important. You want someone who will serve you and your needs joyfully and is pleasant to be around...especially on your big day!
