- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is customized to what the client wants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by looking at what the client wants - vision and goals. Then we look at what's happening right now and what it will take to reach those goals and move towards that vision. With that information, we're all set to start creating an action plan for the next 90 days. 90 days is a more manageable period of time than a year, and easier for most clients to get their heads around.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in Psychology. I worked for multinational corporations for about 18 years so have a strong background in business and project planning. I've studied with some of the biggest names in the marketing field. Although the underlying basics of marketing don't change, I keep up to date with trends by listening to tons of teleseminars by the leaders in my field. For me it's important to know what's going on in my industry. I take courses to stay up to date with my skills both in marketing and coaching.
