Introduction: Pause offers on-location massage services in the comfort of your own home, or other location of your choice. Skilled and licensed therapist, Elaine Watson, combines and blends a variety of modalities to give you an individually-tailored massage session that will target muscle tension, and take your aches away, leaving you feeling relaxed, and renewed. We are based out of Santa Barbara, but available to travel anywhere from Carpinteria to Goleta. Pause uses locally-made products in each treatment, and offers various enhancements from aromatherapy, add-ons, to supplemental self-care tools, and follow up.
