I offer martial arts instruction for adults and kids. Private and semi-private classes are available, as well as group training. Develop your hand and foot skills while experiencing one of the toughest workouts in town.
I have 23 years of teaching experience to help you reach your untapped potential. We utilize punches, strikes, judo, aikido, reverse joint techniques and wrestling in our very practical form of self-defense.
Our kids' classes are designed to help develop confidence, leadership skills, self-esteem, coordination and respect. Our program enables kids to have a true sense of personal growth without the emphasis on competition.
