Introduction: The type of clients that typically partner with us are looking for a “buy right, buy once” experience. We are a factory direct company, meaning we design, manufacture and install our own vinyl doors and windows, with everything built in and installed in California since 1999. What separates us from other companies is how we write our warranties—it’s a single page document with seven paragraphs that contains none of the typical exclusions that you’ll find in the window industry, regardless of how much money you spend. Our clients understand that we aren’t the cheapest option, nor are we the most expensive, but in the long run, we are by far the best value for your money. Just a heads-up to potential clients. If you’ve already purchased or are planning to purchase your doors and windows from a different vendor, we are not a match. In addition, we DO NOT WORK WITH FRONT DOORS AND WE DON’T OFFER REPAIR SERVICES OUTSIDE OF OUR PRODUCTS. Also, if you own a rental property and you have no emotional connection to it, you're probably not going to be inclined to invest a little more money in our products, unless you're concerned with keeping your long term costs down. My family and I recently purchased a new home which had very outdated windows. I found Edward from California Deluxe Windows on Thumbtack. I gave him a brief description of what my home needed along with a few pictures of our current windows and he responded within an hour or two. I scheduled an initial estimate appointment with him for a few days later. When he came for the estimate he was very informative and professional. He took his time to explain the product and the process. He answered any questions I had. He didn't make me feel like I was just another sale. After seeing how amazingly impressive the quality of the windows were along with the affordability for them I decided these absolutely were the windows my new home needed. A few weeks later Phil and Christian arrived to install my windows. They as well were very professional and installed my windows perfectly. I would without a doubt recommend Edward with California Deluxe Windows to anyone looking for new windows. They are definitely worth the money.

Edward is a very straightforward and honest person. He did an excellent job explaining every detail of the process and had a candid conversation with me about what my best options were. I had already committed to buying and having windows installed actually had been approved and told the company I was going to buy there product. I had scheduled Ed to come out and even though I had decided on the company I was going to use I met with Ed on a Sunday, Ed stayed for a couple hours at my home and showed me the window internal structure of the windows made by Cdw. That and he time he spent with us showing us many details about the window product, We made the decision to buy 6 of there windows based upon there product quality. I was able to cancel the other windows we had thought we wanted because we had 3 days to do so. The other important factor was Ed's attitude he did not push us in any way, but made a very good presentation for us took his time with us and explained all our questions about all aspects of the windows and the company which sold us.

Edward was super quick and proactive. We were even able to set up an appointment same day to further talk about my project. He is very knowledgable about doors and windows. He went over all my options, thoroughly explained the differences and the warranties and overall left me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. In the end, I most appreciated that he was honest with me by giving me options that included not needing his services (was able to order a replacement part vs order a new sliding door). Overall, would recommend if you ever need a door replaced.

Extremely informational and very professional. As a newbie and someone who knows nothing about construction projects, he was able to breakdown each step it would take to make the project we want happen. He also broke down the range of prices for each step and a timeline of how long it would take. He was very upfront about everything which was amazing because it didn’t feel like he was pushing any sales agenda and left the decisions to us with the new information he provided. Awesome guy, highly def recommend you at least contact him and start the conversation about your project!
