3D-CAD-Kitchen-Bath-Design-Drafting; see your future remodeling project as a 3D rendering which helps you visualize the space and eliminates costly errors. I can provide you with drawing packages for your kitchen, bath, office, laundry room, or entertainment center with emphasis on space planning. I assist my customers with conceptual design, and product selection, with full CAD drawing packages for city permits. Need walls moved around? No problem; I have a structural engineer ready to assist me with structural calculations.

Some designers just do design, some just pick out products, and some just do pretty pictures. I bridge the gap between conceptual to design to drawings prepared for the city to construction details to including the structural calculations for moving walls or doing an addition. The benefit this gives to you is I am involved in the construction industry, and know what products may work best for you and the flexibility to use products that best suit your needs. Custom cabinets are great for some jobs, but the fabricated cabinets are a great solution for other jobs. I also have some cabinet lines that I carry for the homeowners who need a one-stop shop.
