A. I am always punctual and am an excellent estimator. I'm very realistic about what it will take to get a project done. I will work with clients and make changes as we go along if it will improve the project.

A. Doing quality work and satisfying my clients. I previously worked as a paralegal and it was all about conflict. Now I work with people who are genuinely happy when I do my work in their homes.
