A. Small commercial buildings consulting, design, and maintenance plans.

A. Make sure that the preliminary designs are done with preliminary planning approvals.

A. How friendly the building departments are with green retrofitting and renovations of existing structures.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. We are not contractors. We are design consultants we do not contract construction work.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. There is no competition for what we do! We are the only ones. And we become more and more the experts in our field every day.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Creating a sustainable building for the bay area. Turning an old run down building into something fresh and new without changing the carbon footprint is exiting!

A. How much does it cost? A lot less then a new structure with new property tax.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. If the printer jams call 911! Better yet our clients might be better at fixing that than us.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. A lot. They don't need to though once they hire us.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. 25 years of working in the field. We discovered that designers, builders and architects have had the same business model for literally thousands of years.

A. Medical facility on the peninsula saved a great deal of money with our construction consulting.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Yes! Constantly. Its changing rapidly but the fundamentals are the same.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. The biggest thing going on is the green rebates. Essentially we can turn your building into a solar farm and a place to do business at the same time. Not only will you be green but your building can generate revenue at the same time.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. You must first deal with architects ,planning departments,Realtor's, and, contractors for at least 10 years first. Then you would understand the benefits to design build technologies.
