Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of our folks showed up to a cleaning appointment and realized that it was a fraternity house! Apparently it was extremely dirty and it was a challenge. I am proud to say that she spent 9 hours cleaning the fraternity house from top to bottom without charging a dime more than what was agreed upon. We stayed true to our word!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for the companies that are focused on customer experience. There are a bunch of cleaning companies out there and it is easy to fall for sub-par service, but housemaidhero will do whatever it takes to make you happy!
