I would like to thank my cousin at the first place because he told me about Ninja movers. That is why I used Ninja movers for my move. Though it was a local move but not an easy one. I hired them for a 4 bed room apartment move and they had to deal with plenty of delicate stuffs along with some really old and heavy furniture. They had to use the stairways but they never complained for that. Movers were extremely careful during the packing, did really well while loading and unloading and delivered all our belongings in one piece without damaging anything! They also helped us storing the furniture. I must thank these wonderful movers and their sales rep Sarah for the awesome service and very moderate price.

Ninja movers is my favorite. Though I used them just once and that was also very recently but still they have a special place in my heart. I am talking about last week when I was in a difficult situation. I had to move my stuff at a new place but I had very little time and money available to get the job done but I had to make the move to get away from a crazy lover. Though I called several movers but they did not show interest considering the situation of the move being small and last second. But when I called and discussed and my move with Sarah, she immediately said that they want to take on the challenge. That was a great relief for me and when I saw them doing a splendid job I was stunned! I never thought of having a perfect move within such short notice and poor budget. I must say that the movers were highly efficient and also very committed. I rightly said that they are my favorite.

NIGHTMARE! Just updating on this horrendous experience! My Bank has taken over the investigation since there was such EXTENSIVE DAMAGE! Essentially ALL of my furniture (except bed) were damaged or broken. The damages in terms of furniture (not including having to have ALL of my clothes professionally cleaned) came to a staggering 2398.91!!! The BBB initiated an investigation along with my Bank and informed me that Assi and Ninja will not even respond! (Shocking!) But the Bank, is attempting to pull back payment in light of extensive damage. Based on the owners outrageous, unprofessional and retaliatory behavior, there may be additional legal steps taken. Beyond ruining and damaging most of my items, owner tried to further withhold an already late delivery (weeks late) additional weeks, because of my honest review. He foolishly and childishly told me that was his intention and because he is so immature, he harrassed me and screamed at me on multiple occassions, which I see from other postings was not a first time. Budget, shocked by all of this, informed me that they are having this looked into internally, irrespective of how my case is resolved, because of how unprofessional Assi and Ninja were. Budget had to intervene to make sure that I got my delivery and that Assi could not further delay an already very late delivery. I had critical medication on that truck which I need for a serious chronic health condition. Assi was aware of this, and not only didn't care, but seem to delight in knowing that this could have devastating consequences with respect to my health. I had just gotten out of the hospital. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Saul and Israel were our movers. They originally were going to arrive between 2pm and 4pm, but called us and said they could come and move us earlier if we wanted. They worked very hard and were very fast and professional. They took apart out beds, wrapped all furniture and TVs etc. very impressed! It was great that they had wardrobe boxes for us to use. I will use Ninja Movers again.

Assi came before my move date for a visual estimate and gave me a flat price. The movers showed up on time, were super friendly and professional. They made my move stress free and fun. Thank you Assi and Julio.
