Two, the student learns to hear the music in his or her soul and knows how to realize it audibly. I prefer to enable my students to play the music they hear with their inner ears. My techniques are singular and radical. They're not for everyone. Those individuals who wake up in the morning singing, whistling, or humming are those that most interest me. I can teach both ways, and the truth is that most students can benefit from both methods.
