Introduction: There's a reason why I came up with the name Immaculate Roofing Co. Were not just roof installers were roof specialist practicing the essence of waterproofing & understanding how water works. Our work is meticulous, thorough & extremely clean. To me its not just climbing up there and installer a roofing system, its about inspecting the critical points on your roof and making sure there water tight. Our work is more than great its Immaculate! They say you haven't worked a day in your life if you enjoy what you do for a living. I love what I do and I have a true passion for working with different people getting the job done right.

Are you looking for a roofer who is skilled, knowledgeable, responsive, honest, straightforward, courteous, on-time, trustworthy and a really nice guy? Congratulations, you have found him! I first called Derek on a Saturday evening in the middle of a rainstorm when my tenants called to say water was pouring in. Even though he was busy and I was a complete stranger, he took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. When we made an appointment to meet at the apartment, he called to say he was in traffic and would be 15 minutes late. Who does that anymore? He explained the roof condition and the alternatives very clearly, and his bid was extremely detailed. It was also for less money than the bid I got from another contractor who wasn't even a roofing specialist! Derek kept me informed (and sent me photos) during the course of the job, which was completed on time. I hadn't been expecting to have the expense of a new roof, but working with Derek actually made me feel good about spending the money -- he made me confident that I was making a good investment. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I'm always doing research on green & modern roofing materials. I'm always taking classes provided by lead industry manufactures to learn about new products, new methods & to become certified to install special products.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Sometimes it could be hard making a decision on who to hire to work on your property. Installing a new roof is one of the biggest investments that you can make on your property. By hiring the right person is something that could go real well or something that could go extremely wrong. Do your research on the company your going to hire by going online come to check if the company is licensed & all the insurance information is up to date. Also ask for referrals so you can follow up on his past jobs.
