If permitted I would have checked all of the above. I have known Isaias for 5 years or so during which time he has worked on my garden on a regular basis. I recommend him strongly. He is always punctual, his hourly rate is reasonable, he is an incredibly hard worker, he is quick to respond to texts and he is a very amiable, nice man.
