Sara Isenberg Web Consulting & Project Management is a business consulting firm, specializing in web and social media.

    I contacted Ms. Isenberg to help me develop a more integrated and effective on-line approach to maintaining patient relationships and attracting new patients for my clinic. I had been disatisfied with several previous web developers and SEO consultants who wanted to "do" everything for me and send me a large bill, vs. teaching me how to update, maintain, develop and optimize my website and on-line presence. In an initial visit, she outlined a more comprehensive strategy to acheive my goals, gave me guidance regarding consumer reviews, and we set up my business Facebook page and improved my draft first electronic newsletter and got it ready to go. I say "we" because she showed me how to do it myself--just what I was looking for! This may only be the beginning but it's off to a good start and I look forward to continuing to work with her.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. I help many business owners review their websites and social media marketing, recommend improvements, strategize next steps, discuss best practices, and find them great web designers and developers. I particularly enjoy managing the web development project process from inception, strategy, planning, through completion. I enjoy helping clients learn about social media marketing, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. My advise for customers looking to hire service providers in web consulting and project management is to ask your network of colleagues that you trust if they have anybody they'd recommend.
