- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My product is top shelf, I use the best equipment, I have all the editing software to create whatever a client may want. My pricing is competitive and my customer service is impeccable. I strive to make my client feel as though they underpaid for my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important aspect is getting to know my client and to understand what they want as a final product , so I can successfully create it for them.
