Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We offer classes at our location or we can come to their facility on their time. We also keep a record of people we have trained and will send them an e-mail, letter, or phone call to remind them that their card is about to expire.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. We enjoy working with all levels of the community to ensure that no matter where you are, why you're hurt, or how much help you need, someone is around with the training and equipment to help.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Q: How long is the class?
A: The class will take anywhere from 3.5 to 4 hours max.

Q: How long is the certification for?
A: We offer AHA and EMS First Aid/CPR classes, both are good for 2 yrs. Compared to the Red Cross which is 1 yr for CPR and 3 yrs for First Aid.
