We hired Eddie to DJ our wedding this October at the Annenberg Beach House in Santa Monica. Eddie did an awesome job! He met with us a couple of times before the wedding to go over song ideas, and was always early to the meetings. Eddie was really quick about responding to my emails and was always available for any questions I had. He did a great job at our wedding! Our dancing time was kind of limited at our wedding due to the venue's time constraints, but Eddie managed to pick the perfect music that had our guests up and dancing the whole time. I would definitely recommend hiring Eddie as the DJ for any event. He's really easy to work with, and has great ideas. I'm so happy we found him on Thumbtack.

Eddie provided the DJ and music service for our wedding ceremony and reception. We can't be happier with the way it turned out.
Eddie's excellence in service starts well ahead of event. We initially scheduled a 30 minutes meeting to sketch a rough plan 6 month before the wedding date, which turned into an hour long lively chat about the venue, theme of the wedding, and down to our guests personality and their preference. While optimized to get guest of all ages energized and moving in the dance floor, Eddie also incorporated our personal song list throughout the events. He also edited a song perfectly to matching our walking down the asile.
Even though he performs a one-person gig, the attention to details (and backup plans) and preparation for the event is above and beyond. Of course we have multiple songs from Above and Beyond the band too:) He ran a battery-powered sound system for the beach wedding (no power cord allowed on public beach), and a dual speakers set for the cocktail party and dinner reception. Last but not least, a LED lighting setup made the dancing party so much inviting and fun! Eddie also hosted and dinner session, took a great control of timing, and setup couple of games that made the whole experience very engaging.
We had a blast and highly recommend Eddie's service!

Eddie was the emcee/DJ at our wedding and he did a phenomenal job! The pre-event meetings were professional and easy plus Eddie is very friendly, easy to talk to, and a cool guy. Everything he did for us at the wedding was exactly what we discussed and what we wanted. He helped make our wedding day perfect!

About everything that could go wrong at our wedding did, but Eddie was the exception. His DJing was phenenal. He seriously made it the time of our lives in spite of all the other mishaps. He's warm, enthusiastic, funny, a crowd-leader, and a brilliant DJ.

Eddie was the DJ at our wedding reception at Culver Events. He also put together a great playlist for us. Eddie did a great job of keeping things moving without them feeling rushed. This kept a great energy going that added to the overall festive feeling of the day. He also knew when to gracefully taper the ending where people didn't feel like they were being kicked out. Plus, he did a great job of keeping contact between my husband and I throughout the event to keep us posted about everything. I would hire him again if I had another event that needed a DJ.
