My husband and I were very happy with our new flooring with Custom Designs! The guys was very patient, knowledgable, and professional and the installers were terrific too! The price was very reasonable and the quality of the flooring is great! So happy with the results and would definitely use Custom Designs in the future for any of our flooring needs!

They did an excellent job installing new SPC flooring in our townhome after a plumbing disaster ruined our previous floors. I was a demanding customer--I had scheduling issues and had to postpone the job once, and (for reasons out of my control) all of our stuff wasn't out of their way when they started. They were gracious about it each time and went above and beyond to help me and ensure that I was 100% satisfied. I can tell they put a lot of care into the installation of our new floors. They even did our stairs, and they came out beautifully! Price was reasonable and work was punctual. Very grateful for the team, would heartily recommend.

Arthur is great - do not hesitate to hire him. He responded right away, was available when I needed him, showed up right when he said he would and was prepared. He did the job with confidence, beautifully. While he was here I thought of other things that needed doing, and he took care of them. He is very nice, friendly, respectful, clean and neat. I have entered him into my contacts and I will definitely call on him again.

I can’t say enough about the work / professionalism used on my project. Resealed all of my floors and helped drywall and add trim to a large wall-in closet. Went above and beyond on a difficult project and worked over the holidays. Was a great communicator as well. Would definitely use again.
