- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In order to stay up on the latest developments in my field, I invest in ongoing education. I acquire new certifications in my field once or twice a year. Past certifications include, Smoking Cessation, Hypnosis and Weight Loss, Hypnosis and ADD, Pain Management, or Hypnosis for Fertility and Child-birthing, through the American Hypnosis Association. I also watch show like "Hypnosis Today" and search out additional reading, exercises and tools that I feel might be useful for certain clients, such as, breath work, quitting smoking, books on addiction, self esteem, becoming more creative, etc.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a wonderful experience with hypnosis and felt it could be so useful to others.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with many clients in the areas of insomnia, emotional eating, weight loss, IBS, smoking cessation, anxiety, fears and phobias and self confidence building.
