Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Why purchase from a reseller? There are many reasons, but support is probably the main one, we are always here, a person answers the phone, and 99% of the time we can get the problem solved for you. The other obvious reason is that we can get you better pricing.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I wish I knew to contact a reseller at all! Surprisingly, most people just by directly from the manufacturer because they don't know they can get it cheaper somewhere else.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. I don't know if there is one question to ask, but i would say if you trust the person you're talking to, and they are knowledgeable, then you're probably on the right track. We're not just customer service reps, we know our products well.
