Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Ask questions. Ask about the kind of drivers they have on staff. Ask if you can have an itemized agreement that spells out the specifics of the type of service you're requesting. Ask if your luxury transportation provider will be available to answer questions whenever they arise.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I wish I knew more about why some limousine services consistently deliver quality runs, and why other limousine services sometimes disappoint their clients with poorly maintained vehicles, questionable drivers, etc.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We strive for full compliance with the California Public Utilities Commission, and we do our best to maintain our vehicles to the highest standards and to hire exceptional, caring chauffeurs so that our clients have an outstanding experience from beginning to end.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love helping people with arrangements for a special occasion, and I love telling our clients about all the ways we take extra care in making their luxury transportation experience everything they're looking for.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Most questions are about price -- and some customers are looking for price as the main deciding factor in which limousine company they choose. We tell them that while we may not be the cheapest limousine company, we are moderately priced. And that we feel that we offer the highest quality vehicles with the most professional drivers and best customer service, making us the best luxury transportation value in Sonoma County, in Wine Country and throughout the Bay Area.
