- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most plaintiff, personal injury matters are handled on a contingency fee basis. Other civil litigation may be handled on either a contingency or hourly basis, depending on the nature of the case and issues involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Potential new clients fill out a detailed intake questionnaire which helps me learn more about the client and their legal matter. Afterward, I meet personally with the client to discuss their case and get to know them. If we decide to work together, my firm pledges to communicate frequently with our clients about their case so that they can make intelligent, informed decisions about how to proceed. We work hard to achieve the best outcome possible for our clients.
