Leonard, owner of Retirement Remodeling, has served as a General Contractor for our apartment complex for three years. Leonard has performed timely, high-quality, reasonably-priced work for us. Leonard has excavated and rebuilt all six of our front door landings in our courtyard. He has excavated and rebuilt our two stairwell landings that lead to our garage level. Leonard has excavated and rebuilt five balconies in our apartments, and will do such on our remaining balconies as apartments vacate. The work above required solid knowledge, experience, skill, judgement, and project management. Before, we had two other contractors doing our waterproofing and concrete work. Their work was expensive and unsatisfactory. Leonard's work has restored the waterproofing and structural integrity to vital areas of our apartment complex, and we could not be more happy and relieved. Last week, Leonard installed a ceiling-mounted fan in a master shower. The work required installing new switches, routing new wire, installing a duct to the roof, mounting the fan, and restoring the walls and roof to their original condition. His work was flawless, and my wife and I were thrilled with the final result. I can wholeheartedly recommend Leonard for any task that he says he is qualified to undertake. His pricing is transparent, and he is completely honest and forthright. I have complete confidence in Leonard.

Leonard is absolutely terrific to work with, and I highly, highly recommend him. I own two apartment buildings, and he has completed numerous projects for them, such as replacing light fixtures, AC units, doors, sinks, cabinets and faucets. A large project he and his team completed was entirely replacing 5 exterior walkways and balconies. The project was complex, he knew exactly what to do, and his work was excellent. The new balconies and walkways are far superior to what they replaced. (Because the project was so big and complex, I received quotes and advice from several contractors, and Leonard's idea for how to rebuild them was by far the best.) Another apartment owner I know saw Leonard’s work and then hired him to replace the balconies of her building. (She now relies on Leonard as much as I do when work needs to be done on her property, and she thinks he and his team are as amazing as I do.) Leonard is responsive, punctual and a great listener. He explains the way he recommends approaching a project, and then incorporates my own vision (and budget) into his work. If you hire Leonard for your project, I am certain you will be very pleased with the process and the result.
