Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Look at portfolios and websites. If the website looks mediocre, then typically so is the designer. If the portfolio looks iffy, then so is the designer. Don't just base decisions on cost, you get what you pay for.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. There is skill involved. It's more than just drawing on the computer. Each decision a designer makes it very calculated and is not without reason.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I try to bring the clients marketing materials to a new high so that they get lots and lots of compliments! I don't just do it for the sake of doing it, I really want my clients to shine!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. What's not to like! I create all day long! It keeps my mind active and I get to constantly think of new ways to display important information.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Can I afford it?
Yes you can! I will work to try to fit people's budgets.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. College and Self! College to get the basics and some real world experience on deadlines...but rely on yourself for creativity and skill. College can't teach you to have an eye for design, it comes from within you.
