A. First, I would want to see the designers portfolio as it reveals how the designer thinks and if the work fits with what I am interested in promoting.

Second, I would like to hear from the designers current and previous clients.

Third, I would want to know how the designer structures pricing guidelines for a particular project.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. How much education and experience does the designer have?

Can the designer deliver the project on time and within the agreed project costs?
