The way the horse lives is based on a deep understanding and awareness of how one fills their personal space, the strength of intention. Intention actually carries with it energy or vibration as tangible to a horse as physical touch is to humans. Humans have the capacity to be as aware as a horse, but we do not often practice this level of awareness. When working with horses we can reestablish our strength of intention.
It is your responsibility to show up in your space.
I am responsible for my experience of life. My life with the horses and Nature has always been incredibly satisfying and an inspiration towards well-being. However, it has never been horses (or Nature) that healed any trauma I might have felt over the years. It has been my own decision to get on with life, at which point I noticed the horses concisely joined me as if the moment before never existed. Therefore, the trauma never existed. In other words, every moment contains the opportunity to recreate oneself. This was and continues to be the lesson for me from horses and Nature.
The horse (Life) responds only to what I focus upon and if I practice focusing upon that which I desire, so I will see this in my horses and in Life. They simply (and accurately) affirm my point of focus.

Christine Cole inspired our whole family to have a completely different relationship with horses, and a much more fulfilling one. But the surprise and the best part was what we learned about ourselves and about dealing with other living things, including other humans, through Christine and her wonderful horses. We look at life quite differently, and have better interpersonal relationships because of her. It is a great experience!! :-)

Harmony with horses in not just about learning to work with horses. It's about finding harmony within yourself. The horses can tell when you are centered and focused and they let you know by working with your intentions. I highly recommend this experience to everyone. It will change your experience of reality, and it is really fun!

Question and answer
Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Workshops are popular because the small group of no more than six allows participants to experience hands-on exercises with each other and with the horses, as well as to then observe others, too. It is very informative. Private or Shared Sessions are poplular, too, in that the information received is very personal and pertinent to the individual/s in the session. Finally, I am available to speak on this subject (without the horses) before any size group. My presentation is inspiring and fresh!
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Ask questions! Let the questions come from your heart. Trust that your questions are absolutely applicable to your own personal growth and expansion. They are your guide! Also, get ready to view yourself as whole and well. In a society where we are somehow convinced we are broken and need healing, that we need to fix ourselves to be happy, the concept of being whole and well is a relief!
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I have forty years of coaching experience. The perspective I share is unique and powerfully effective in its application to daily life. Working with horses is a fun, easy, and life-changing approach to self inquiry. There is great respect for the horse, too, in that they are always at liberty (no equipment) so can choose to participate or not. I will travel anywhere: local, state-wide, across country, out of country.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love the way it brings me close to my own passion for community and nature. I am uplifted by the joy it brings to others as they realize the infinite choices laid out before them in life. Horses have always been a part of my life, having been with them since birth. They are my life partners and I continue to learn from them every day!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Do I need horse experience? Not at all! This work is not really about the horse. It is about how you hold your space, what you say about yourself energetically, mentally, and physically. The horses are always free, no equipment, so the experience of spending time with them is about choice--theirs and yours.
