I do have a 2-hour work minimum for every job and a 24-hour start time cancellation policy. I hired Brian to help with an organizing project after the death of my father. Brian was not only responsive but also calming and empathetic at the same time as having unending energy. I was choosing from among several organizers and I chose him because he had "no fear". He just wanted to get started and jumped right in. He has the energy and stamina of two people and gets tasks accomplished quickly. As my brother said, he accomplished in two hours, a task that took my brother and sister-in-law 6 hours to do. That's Value for Money! We were able to clean the garage and clear all the rooms of personal items in order to prepare the house for staging and eventual sale.
