- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm flexible and fair. Let's chat your project and your needs and I'll come back with a bid that's comparable, if not better, than other home services professionals in the area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we chat on the phone to discuss your needs. From there I'll guestimate the amount of time required for the project and put forth my rate. We can discuss both-- nothing is set in stone. If you hire me, we'll set a start date and then we begin. When we do get started, I'll show up every day until the job is complete but will also take into consideration your needs and your schedule. Remember... everything is flexible and open for discussion.

Experience... tons of experience.
