- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first private lesson is complimentary, and all options will be presented on the first class. Following the first lesson the prices depend on how many classes and which package the student decides to continue on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All students start with a complimentary private lesson. All students are at different levels with their dancing, different goals and desire to learn different dances. So the first lesson is used for the student to check out our studio and for us to recommend the best classes and program depending on the students goals and dance level. Our programs are based on a mix of classes we call the unit system: Private Lessons, Group Classe and Practice Parties. Arthur Murray has been teaching the world to dance since 1912 and the unit system is the most efficient and effective way to get students dancing right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All teachers at any Arthur Murray studio have worked countless hours to prepare themselves to teach the best lessons. Countless hours require dance training, communication training, choreography training. In fact, all instructors are certified by world-known dance judges that guarantees you are with the best.
