President and CEO, Shanita M. Castle, was born and raised in LaPlace, Louisiana only a few miles outside of New Orleans, Louisiana. It was there that she was inspired in her youth by the native Creole and French cuisine. She then spent 7 years in Atlanta, Georgia where she shadowed a renowned celebrity chef and learned the ins and outs of catering and the know-hows of being an amazing personal chef. This time spent in Atlanta inspired her to infuse her native Creole cuisine with the traditional Southern cuisine.
The flavors of Castle's Catering are spicy, bold, unique, and always leave a lasting memory on the taste buds. Shanita not only brings bold flavors; she always has a way of filling the room with a little Southern hospitality. That desire inspired her to form Castle's Catering LLC.
