I work with people who have issues in different parts of their body like their back, shoulder, knee, and hip. I help people build a program around their injury so they can continue to workout and not injure that area more as well as strengthening that area.
I also help people develop an eating regimen that will help them achieve their fitness goals. Many people want to lose weight.
