Michelle is an amazing trainer. She helped me reach my goals and believe in myself. I’m down 12 pounds since starting with her but beyond that I feel stronger and my jeans are fitting better. I have more energy and I’m able to keep up with my kids.

I'm so grateful to have found Michelle as a trainer! She is patient and kind, but also no nonsense. I really appreciate her flexibility and knowledge about fitness and nutrition. As someone that has had multiple injuries and 2 abdominal surgeries, it is important for me to strengthen my body in a balanced and safe way. Michelle has definitely exceeded my expectations and has shown me that I am capable and that the body is resilient. Michelle’s guidance and support through my journey of self improvement was vital in my success. I started out as mildly overweight with a mission to lose body fat and put on muscle for the summer. Michelle was able to put together a workout plan that fit my schedule while also working with me to find healthy alternatives to the foods I love to eat. Naturally, there were times where I felt lazy or wanted to “cheat” on my meal plan. However, having Michelle in my corner offering her continuous support/ guidance, as well as her limitless knowledge of nutrition allowed me to attain a body that I am proud of.
