I received the DMK Ezyme Treatment to help with pigmentation issuse. The RESULTS were amazing, I saw a huge improvement on my skin tone, the dark spots seriously disappeared ! I was very happy with the service : )

The skin spa institute saved my skin and in turn, my self esteem. I suffered from adult acne for years and went through hell for mediocre skin. Nothing seemed to work. I thought I would get a facial because it couldn't hurt so I called the skin spa institute. I was lucky enough to get Christal, the owner, as my Esthetician. Not only did she school me on the basics on skin care (because I obviously didn't know what I was doing), but she also gave me a system specific to my skin type. Even throughout the month for women, your skin changes due to menstration and you need to know how to battle it. She introduced me to amazing products such as DMK and Guinot and my skin has been reguvinated and thanked me. The customer service is extremely personalized and welcoming. It took several treatments to turn back what I had done to my skin for many years but worth every penny. Saving your skin and feeling confident is priceless! Christal is so knowledgeable about skincare. Her experience about different skin types and ethnicities are apparent the moment she starts analyzing your skin. My skin really started to turn around when she started me on chemical peels. She can treat blemishes like no other! And her extractions are AMAZING! The only person I write trust to pop a pimple. She always tailors the treatment with each visit and she's such a lovely person so I look forward to seeing her. I enjoy each session and love chatting with her afterwards. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the condition of the skin, but most guests start with our corrective facial treatment ($129) or a corrective chemical peel ($189) along with monthly maintaince. If the acne is severe a package of Phototherapy treatments are recommend. 8 treatments, 2x per week for $325
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New guests are scheduled for 2 hours where they are given a through skin and health assessment to help holistically treat their skin condition(s). They are asked to bring in their home care products and any medications they are currently using. The ingredients are analyzed and recommendations are given on the best course of treatments and home care to create the best possible results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up with type 3/4 cystic acne and I know the suffering and stress it can cause. I have spent the last 35 years taking every acne class available, trying thousands of different acne products and treatments and gaining hands on experience working with clients. After numerous years of study, I have a very extensive "Box of Tools" that can treat any type of acneic skin condition.
