- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although it is outlined on our web page... pricing can be confusing because as you can imagine, no two weddings are ever the same. Some include lighting, some include more time, some include a ceremony. It really depends on the type of reaction you want to create with your guests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we like to do is determine the scope of the job. No two weddings or parties are the same. We want to make sure we understand your needs, and then we revise our quote as needed to make sure you know what you're getting. We also offer a convenient online party/event planner with some packages, giving you the best possible entertainment experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I attend one or two conferences every year.
