Introduction: My goal is quality and excellent workmanship. I am detail oriented and work with my clients to assure 100% satisfaction whether we are refinish a piece you currently own or trying to find and refinish another piece or whether you want your piece painted, stained or a combination of both. Take a minute to view the pictures of past projects, more available upon request. I will travel to the customer’s home to see the work that needs to be done; however, all work will be done in my shop. You can bring the piece to me or, for an additional fee, I’ll pick up and deliver.

Beatriz did wonderful work refinishing my mid-century coffee table and side table, and for a reasonable price. She was easy to work with, and although she was busy at the time I reached out, she got back in touch two weeks later when she was available to work with me. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!

I had an old beat up chair from the 1960s that was in pretty bad shape. I brought it to Nana’s Customs to see if she could refinish it and fix it up. I am unbelievably happy with the results! Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that she could make the chair look so beautiful! She went above and beyond to make sure the wood was just the color I wanted and that it turned out gorgeous. She checked in with me at each stage to show me the progress and make sure that it was the look I was going for. She paid attention to every detail. Her work was amazing and the wood is exactly the look I was going for. I don’t know how she did it but she made my old beat up chair look like a very expensive mid century Danish modern wood. I am so happy with the results and I highly recommend that if you are looking for someone to refinish your furniture you contact her. Her price was very fair and most importantly, her work was amazing! I would absolutely use her again and I highly recommend her!

I can't say enough nice things about my experience with Nana's Customs. From start to finish it was seamless. I had a nearly 100-year old desk that was built by my grandfather which needed a good amount of work and by the end looked wonderful. She also touched up and reupholstered a very old piano bench. Again, lovely. Beatrice is responsive, efficient, considerate and talented. I highly recommend her. You won't be disappointed.

Where can I start??? Working with Beatriz was nothing but an absolute pleasure. She loves doing what she does and it shows! She is very responsive, very easy to talk to and work with. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of job requested, current condition of the piece and whether the piece is currently owned by the client or if I am searching for a particular piece. Final price will include the cost of labor and materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer and go over the job. If the customer already owns the piece, we will discuss what is required/desired. If the customer is looking for a particular piece to be refinished, we will discuss what it is they are looking for, how they want it refinished and approximate time until I find the particular piece.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I will work with anyone who is interested in having a beautiful piece in their home. My clients are current homeowners and interior decorator who needed someone to redo a number of pieces for their home.
