In his career, he has served as a designer, illustrator, cartoonist, art director and creative director for advertising and design studios. Gary has served as the art director on Kawasaki USA's account, creating national print advertising and television campaigns. He's also worked on Verizon Wireless’s account, developing their brand. Other clients include Burke Williams Spas, Western Bagel just to mention a few. There is nothing more satisfiying than helping someone with a problem and offering visual solutions. You can't put a price on that.

Gary's a talented cartoonist and was great to work with on my own goofy ideas. He works pretty fast and is very fair with his billing. And he's fun to work with. So much advertising all looks the same, so Gary offers a real opportunity to do something that stands out in a funny, charming... blah, blah, blah... kinda way.

Gary is a remarkable designer. He GETS it! He's intuitive, makes a design truly communicate and gets the job done on time and on budget. Furthermore, he's an illustrator and knows how to get the message across online. I'd recommend him in any scenario.

I've worked with Gary on and off for a number of years. He's a very versatile and imaginative designer/art director. You can always expect originality in his efforts...which is critical in a world saturated with cliche advertising images. Gary also has an awesome beard, which should win some sort of contest.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss either in person or remotely and begin developing sketches for the client to see. Then develop those ideas to a color comprehensive and then finally final camera-ready digital files delivered to the client
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an AA Degree in fine art from Valley State College and attended Art Center College of Design in Advertising Design
