Mike is very knowledgable and helped detect leaks as well as other issues during the inspection of our condo. The pictures on the report helped in our negotiations with the seller for repairs. I will definitely refer his services to my friends and family.

Mr Mike Venarde helped me pin-point problem areas in my home. I had mold coming through walls. With his high-tech equipment, he was able to determine exactly where I had slow water leaks which were cause for mold problem over time. He also was able to determine if mold was toxic or non-toxic. I was very pleased with his service and professionalism. He was prompt, going above and beyond to get done in a timely fashion. I was very pleased with his overall workmanship.
