We offer a complete package of inspections for your home or residential property. Thermal Imaging- Infrared is a new technology that allows us to literally see inside the walls of your structure, we inspect the property in 2 ways, first by infrared and secondly the traditional way of a home inspection.
Our background is SIRI Certified through University of Mississippi and 12 hours of actual field training, we also have 25 general contracting and 40 years in the termite industry.
Our rates are very reasonable and competitive.
We also offer asbestos, lead paint and radon testing. Each inspection come with a full written report in color for your records.

A. Infrared/Thermal imaging shows all defects in a structure and we are the only ones we know of offering this specialty service in S. California.
We can determine slab leaks, mold, termite infestations, energy problems - like leaky windows, doors ducting, roof leaks or being able to pin poiunt with 100% accuarcy
