Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Plan on either having us log in remotely to take a look, or call for directions to our Sonoma location for drop-off and pick-up services. Most jobs can be done over the net, more affordably and conveniently. However, some problems are internet related and need to be done on-site or in-house.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Having good, up-to-date anti-virus is the first step in safe computing with a PC. Next biggest thing we see is people paying for internet speeds they're not receiving. Do a speedtest, then call AT&T.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. How long can you be without your computer, and how long have you been living with it this way? We can help you get all of your systems performing the way you want them to, and maybe even suggest new ones.
