Introduction: Most construction services are provided by the foreman or general laborer. Clients often time deal with a contractor that has never picked up a tool. This is often times how people get ripped off. All of my jobs are done by myself and a hand chosen helper that I have worked with for over 15 years. This is to assure that the job is done correctly and in a timely manor.

Chad has done multiple projects at our home: assemble a potting shed, rebuild a rotting fence, replace the floor of my gardening shed, etc. Most impressive was how he jacked up a sagging overhang and secured it. Then he investigated and corrected what caused the problem and fixed that. Had this not been fixed and collapsed, we would have had a major repair. I was very impressed with the quality of his work and thought his fees reasonable.

He was fantastic. Showed up on time for estimate - negotiated a fair price. Scheduled to work on the project within 3 days. He showed up on time for the project and quickly completed the work. Personable and efficient. I highly recommend

Chad and his men are real pros! Showed up early, worked out the project and completed it in record time. Chad is exceptionally smart and came up with really good ideas and answers as the problems presented themselves. I recommend him highly! I give him 6 stars!
