I was having an issue with my dryer becoming super noisy and taking a few cycles to work in order to dry my laundry. He showed up at the expected time, got straight to work and let me know i was having two separate issues. He provided me with a parts and labor breakdown and credited the initial service call fee into my dryer repair. My dryer is running like a champ and kept out of land fill! I actually referred my grandmother to him for her stove and dishwasher issues and she is happy as well. Thank you Jon’s appliance!
