Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Dignostics and maintenance services in import and domestic cars must repair services in volkswagen and Audi ,Mercedes and Beemers..

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I m base on quality service and love to work in cars.German cars is practical and easy to work with the rigth tools.. no proper tools is a nightmare....quality is based in knologe and practice..

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Most important it is the type of vehicle the costumer is driving..the need of services he or she is requesting.costumer needs to understand diagnostics giving by us. to make the repairs..

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We are volkswagen specialist,and audi cars; are the same manofactures. Same parts... In this required some knologe and procedures in maitenance and care. Special equipment and tools..

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. For many years me and my friends we work in our cars mostly in VW .I remember my first 1967 beetle engine put together it was my best thing ever. just love to work in this cars. So I got hook...I took several courses in german european auto equipment and services just to put up with my friends.so I started as a part time hobbie..

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. ,CAN YOU WORK!! on my 1967 bug ?, YESS... ;MY 2007 PASSAT WAGON HAVE A ENGINE LIGTH ON ... can you help me? YESS.dont pannic . let us use our diagnostic modular scanner in read the codes...

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Tired to work for a pest control company with no FUTURE and lower stigma I decided to get schoolling in automotive industry.. I started a hobbie with my friends and turned in to a great job...No more descriminatory and pesty treatment from that company anymore... I m happy to provided help and services to people.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Fantastic major job in a 2007 AUDI S4 TURBO.came with blow out head gasket and no clotch,missfiring and scramming for help....we did it ...costumer was proud of us...

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes recently I m taking some trade trainings from ASE and private technicians.I have two Master technicians working in my shop and I leanerd from them every single day....

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. 2000 RANGE ROVER HSE.costumer want to save his loving range rover....came with over heating and main seal oil leaks.leaking radiator,and several diagnostic failed codes....we found a major vacumm leak bank 1R side.frozen thermostat and faulty water pump. not to mention cooling hoses and elements..We did a complete head gasket service and head blocks refinish and valves services we intalled a new radiator,thermostats.cooling hose lines,tranfer case gaskets.manifold gaskets as well,fan clotch.etc....after almost 18 legit hours of labor in intensive care that beautifull land rover came a live..we used a OEM parts always..this job is normally around $3500 but we helped with some discount...

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Get the rigth training and education first....before you jump in this field.. Have dedication and time to learn..Focus in help and do honest work to your costumers...and dont forget to be clean...you will not be left behind by your costumers...
