Dr. Morello is the best chiropractor I have ever had, hands down! He is very knowledgeable, compassionate and has a great sense of humor. He doesn't rush, he charges very affordable rates and I have fun every time I go. I love that he deals patiently with me and with all my insurance crap without complaint and always has good stories to tell. He's down to earth, but has a very holistic mentality, which is important to me. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone who is looking to feel better.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Massage, adjusting, case manegment.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure you don't get hooodwinked into paying for expensive exams and xrays that are not necessary and you should never pre-pay for visits.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Yeah, you don't need xrays unless you have a fracture. You don't need to spend thousands of dollars to get care with a chiropractor.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. I treat workers compensation cases, personal injury cases, all insurance is accepted so any of the info needed to treat those types of cases would be helpfull.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I am a massage therapist, personal trainer, ergonomist, doula, and lots of other things. All of these experiences and knowledge help me give people the best care I can possible give.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Helping people heal.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Why does this hurt? I give them the most honest complete answer I can from all of my different specialties.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I have treated lots of professional athletes and other famouse people but my favorite stories are from people who have seen other chiropractors in the past and have some horror story about how much money they spent, or how long they had to treat for and when they come to my office, I get them better, I don't waste their time and I don't rip them off.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That we are not all the same. Like hair stylists and nail techs, we are not all created equal. I truly care about all my patients and do my best to get them better as quickly as possible.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I went to massage school in 1993, and worked for numerous chiropractors as I was going through my undergraduate (B.S. Biology from Santa Clara University) and loved how the combination of chiropractic and massage could get people better quickly and effectively.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I treated a 92 year old man who was suffering from horrible low back pain and his physicians at kaiser didn't want to treat him anymore. Within a couple of visits he was walking without pain.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. We are required to do 24 hours of CE per year, but because I have so many other degrees and certifications and probably end up doing about 60 hours of CE.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Some of the biggest developments are in Cold Laser, traction and combinations of treatments. Also MRI's are common and affordable now.
